What is social anxiety?

Social anxiety (or social phobia) refers to the fear of coming into contact with people, to put it simply. It is part of the phobic disorders and is the third most frequent mental illness. The people concerned fear the critical eye of others. Therefore, they are afraid of making possible mistakes, shaming themselves, drawing negative attention to themselves, and being humiliated. Most of those affected are well aware that their fear is irrational, but they do not control their feelings of anxiety and have great difficulty getting out of it independently.

By doing this regularly, you will notice that you will start your day in a much more relaxed way.

The best that can be done is to cope with the situations, although this is, of course, not easy and takes time. In your new job, you will face many different problems where you will have to face your fear to learn how to deal with them.
